Show IS Mws Following is a summary of oil well drilling activity for the week ending Oct. 6, 1953, as released by the Scouting division divi-sion of Carter Oil Co.: Bamberger Unit No. 1 (Located (Locat-ed SW NE Sec. 11, 7S 23E) Total depth 5754 feet, plugged back to 4303 ft. Plugged back to 5293 feet. Performed sand-oil sand-oil treatment. Swabbed load oil plus 78 barrels new oil in 24 hours, 27.9 gravity. Bridge plug at 4806 feet, perforated 4729-31 feet and 4735-43 feet with 6 per foot. Drill stem test 4699-4806 feet, tool open 3 hours, good initial blow, decreased de-creased to light blow at end of test. Small amount of gas to surface in 2 hours. Recovered 3617 feet water, slightly oil and gas-cut. Squeezed 100 sacks with retainer at 4720 feet. Will drill out and re-test interval 4735-4743 4735-4743 feet. Eyner Nielson No. 1 (Located SE NW, Sec. 36, 3S, 5W) Drill stem test 3240-3286 feet, open 30 minutes, light blow initially, dead in 13 minutes.
