Show -Arcadia By Mrs. Merle Ross Funeral Held For Arcadia Child Funeral services were conducted Friday at 12 p.m, in the Duchesne stake house for Tony Chad Evans, the infant son of Chad R. and Betty Lee Holgate Evans. Bishop Garn L. Gilbert of the Arcadia ward conducted. Speakers were Bishop Garn L. Gilbert, Jack Gilbert and Bishop Carl Van Tassell. Musical numbers' num-bers' were rendered by Grant Peel, who sang "My Task," and Norma Jessen who sang "That Little Boy of Mine." Marion Ross gave the opening prayer and Stanley Ross the benediction. Burial was in the Roosevelt Cemetery with Alden Evans dedicating the grave. The baby is survived by his parents, a brother, Keith Hale, and sister Sherry Lee; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs, Hale' Holgate, Arcadia, Ar-cadia, and Mr. and Mrs. Ward Evans. Vernal; great-grandmother, Mrs, Irvin Snow, Mt. Emmons. Out-of-town relative's attending the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Alden Evans, Mrs. Gordon Evans, Sharon Holgate, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Wendall Evans, Pro-vo;, Pro-vo;, Mr. and Mrs. Ward Evans and family, Mrs. Ralph Hatch, Mrs. Clyde Richens, Vernal; Mrs. Lydia Neilson, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Holgate, Myton; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Snow, Mt. Emmons, and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Sorensen, Tal-mage. |
