Show 'deathsv CHARLES S. CROZIER NEOLA Funeral services were conducted in the Neola Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Wednesday at 11 a. m. for Chas. Sherman Crozier, 15 -year -old student at Union High School, who died at his home in Neola at 12:05 p. m., Dec. 27, after a lingering illness. Bishop La-zell La-zell Henrie conducted the services. ser-vices. The youth was born May 20, 1936, in Neola, a son of Charles and Norma Bastian Crozier. He was a ninth grade student at Union High. A member of the L D S Church, he was a teacher in the Neola Ward Aaronic priesthood. priest-hood. Besides his parents, he is survived sur-vived by the following brothers and sisters: Arlan, F e r r e 1 1, Claude, Kelly, Denton and Char-lene Char-lene Crozier, all of Neola; and a grandmother, Mrs. Mary Crozier, Cro-zier, Los Angeles. Burial was in the Neola cemetery cem-etery under direction of the Dillman Mortuary. SELDON PERRY DEAN Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Sunday at 1 p. m. in the Roosevelt Baptist Church under the direction of Rev. William Trow for Seldon Perry Dean, 74, who died at his home on Dec. 27, after suffering a stroke. He was born July 12, 1877, in Wichita. Kansas, a son of; Hugh and Almeda Roadman j Dean. He was a member of the Roosevelt Baptist Church. He married S. Catherine Springer March 7, 1898, in Delta Del-ta Colo. They came to the Uintah Uin-tah Basin in 1904. He was present pres-ent at the opening of the India-i reservation to white settlers. i He operated one of the first, butcher shops and restaurants at Theodore, the present city of Duchesne.
