Show New Council Sworn In At High Noon Three new city councilmen, and an incumbent treasurer were sworn into office at high- inoon Wednesday at brief ceremonies cere-monies conducted at the Fron- itier Grill Cafe, with City Re- jcorder George Hacking administrating admin-istrating the oath of office to Merlin Sullivan, Kenneth Ay- j cock and Lynn Johnstun, councilmen, coun-cilmen, and Marvel Nieleoo. treasurer. Mayor Edwards called a meeting" of the council to discuss some emergency problems that have arisen and needed immediate actionand also announced council coun-cil -committee appointments for the next two years, as well as appointive officials for the city.
