Show Church Leader To Deliver Pi Sigma Alpha Address J. Reuben Clark, Jr., second counselor in the first presidency, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, have been selected select-ed to deliver the 4th annual Pi Sigma Alpha lecture at the University Uni-versity of Utah. The lecture is scheduled Feb. 13 at 8 p. m. in the Unien Building Build-ing ballroom at the University. It is public. Pi Sigma Alpha lecturers are selected for their scholarship in political science and public affairs, af-fairs, according to Dr. G. Homer Durham, chairman of the University's Uni-versity's Institute of Government. Govern-ment.
