Show Upalco And Bluebell Taken From School District Two And Added To District Five At the last meeting of the Duchesne county Board of Commissioners, Com-missioners, a change was effected ef-fected in the representative school precincts of the county when Upalco and Bluebell were taken from precinct No.- 2 and placed in precinct No. 5. Previously, Upalco and Bluebell, Blue-bell, along with Ioka and the south part of Roosevelt, made up precinct No. ' 2. Now they are grouped with Boneta, Talmage, Mt. Home, -Altonah and Mt. Emmons as precinct No. 5. All other districts remain as before. Utah statutes provide that each county school district sha'l consist of five members, one member to be elected each year in one of the districts and each for a term of five years. The law alo provides that during October Octo-ber 1936 and each succeeding five years, the county commissioners commis-sioners are empowered to' re-- re-- district the county and change the boundaries of school precincts. pre-cincts. In the event this is done and a board member's residence shall be moved, he shall remain on the board until his term has expired. This has happened in Duchesne county, inasmuch as E. L. Murphy was elected to represent precinct No. 2. His home is in Upaldo, and he will serve three more years. Representative school precinCts as redistricted and their geographic geo-graphic bounderies, are as follows: fol-lows: Precinct No. 1: Neola, Mont-wel Mont-wel and that part of Roosevelt precinct north of a dividing line starting at a point on Highway High-way 40 where Highway 40 traverses tra-verses the eastern boundary of the Roosevelt Precinct, and run- ning due west to' the western boundary line of the Roosevelt precinct. Precinct No. 2: Ioka. and the part of Roosevelt precinct south of a dividing line starting at a point on Highway 40 where Highway 40 traverses the eastern east-ern boundary line of the Roosevelt Roos-evelt precinct and running due west to the western boundary line of Roosevelt precinct. Precinct No. 3: Myton, Harper voting district of the Duchesne precinct, Arcadia, Bridgeland, and that part of the Duchesne precinct which lies east of a line starting at a point where the Duchesne river traverses the Utahn-Duchesne precinct dividing divid-ing line and following down the Duchesne river to 6th Street, Duchesne Townsite, and thence due south to the north boundary line of the Harper voting -district. Precinct No. 4: The part ot Duchesne precinct lying west of a line starting at a point where the Duchesne river traverses the Utahn-Duchesne precinct di-' ' viding line and following down I the Duchesne river to 6th Street, Duchesne Townsite, thence due South to the North boundary line of the Harper voting district, dis-trict, together with Strawberry precinct, Fruitland precinct. Utahn precinct, Tabiona precinct and Hanna precinct. Precinct No. 5: Boneta, Talmage, Tal-mage, Mt. Home, Altonah, Mt. Emmons, Bluebell and Upalco precinct.
