Show Notice V To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Moon Lake Water User's Association, Associ-ation, Roosevelt, Utah, by Louie Galloway, has filed ' with the State Engineer, requests for extension ex-tension of time from September 24, 1951 to September 24, 1953, in which to make and submit proof of appropriation of water under Applications Nos. 8532 and 8386-a for the appropriation of 2500 ac.-ft. and 1350 ac.-ft. of water respectively, from West Fork of Lake Fork River in Duchesne Du-chesne County, Utah, to be used for irrigation and culinary purposes. It is represented that $36,000 has been expended in construction construc-tion of works, and that water has been applied to beneficial use. Diversion works and canals have been constructed at a cost of $20,000.00. It is estimated it will cost $21,818.00 to complete the works and apply all of the water to beneficial use. Protests resisting the granting of said requests, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit af-fidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, Engin-eer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before November No-vember 24, 1951. A hearing will be held on these requests for extension of time before the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, at the hour of 10 a. m., November 30, 1951.
