Ward officiating, in the presence of members of the immediate families. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant, Killian, of Roosevelt. The bride's wedding gown was of white satin and net, fashioned with a sweetheart neckline and ballerina-length skirt. Her shoulder-length veil of brides illusion illu-sion was caught at the crown by clusters of orange blossoms, and her bridal bouquet was of talisman roses and baby breath, tied with yellow satin streamers Her matron of honor was her sister, Mrs. Donald Rasmussen, who wore a dressmaker suit of rose gabardine and a corsage of white carnations. Performing duties of best man was Don Killian, brother of ths 1 groom. j The bride's mother chose a blue crepe afternoon dress for the occasion, and mother of the groom was attired in a red gabardine gab-ardine suit. Both had vhite carnation car-nation corsages. A profusion of white carna- , tions and fern added to the ser- ' enity of the ceremony. I Following the wedding, the newlyweds were honored at a reception in the Whiterocks LDS Ward Chapel, for which throe hundred invitations were issued. .The bride and groom and their i parents received the guests, who enjoyed viewing the gifts and 1 dancing to music by Pat Mar-key's Mar-key's orchestra. The serving table was centered cen-tered with the traditional three-tiered three-tiered wedding cake, topped with ia miniature bridal pair encircled by a wedding bell, j The young couple left for a ; few days honeymoon trip to Evanston, Wyoming, and will make a home in Roosevelt. The new Mrs. Killian is a graduate of Alterra High School and is employed at the Com-imercial Com-imercial Bank of Utah in Roo.--evelt. Mr. Killian graduated I from Roosevelt High School and i is an employe of the National ; Geophysical Company. |
