Highway 40 Group Calls Meeting In Colorado City President Ed Harding of the Highway 40 Association, a resident res-ident of Craig Colorado, has called a special meeting of directors di-rectors and others interested in the development of Highway 40, for Friday, Nov. 16, in Steamboat Springs, Colo. According to Homer Edwards, Roosevelt's director in the association, as-sociation, a request is made by Mr. Harding to have a large delegation from here attend the meeting.
