Show Mr. and Mrs. George Harrison left last Friday to spend a lew days in Salt Lake City. Mrs R S. Jordan left today for Salt Lake City from where 'she will go by plane to California Cal-ifornia to attend the homecoming homecom-ing celebration at Pamona College, Col-lege, where her daughter, Joyce, is enrolled. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert McKen-na McKen-na and family visited relatives in Orem last Sunday. Mr? and Mrs. Dwain Buchanan Buchan-an and twins, Jack and Jill, were Salt Lake visitors the forepart fore-part of the week. Mrs. Bertha Herbert, Mrs. Buchanan's mother, came home with them to spend the witer in Roosevelt. She had been staying stay-ing with a daughter in Spring-ville Spring-ville for the past few month.?, and reports she is recovering satisfactorily from a broken leg suffered several months ago when she was knocked down by a bicycle. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Malin left Sunday to spend several days in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Eldon Mortensen has been visiting relatives in Eph-raim Eph-raim and Lay ton since Nov. 1. Mr. and Mrs. John Gale and son have been visiting in Helper the past week. Eight girls from Union High School entered the contest, under un-der the direction of their adviser, ad-viser, Mrs. Myrtle Lambert. Mr. and Mrs. Lou Willmore, of Provo, spent Sunday with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Denny Martin, and David. Lt.
