Show 34 From Duchesne County Enter Service In 1953 Thirty-four men from Duchesne Du-chesne County have been inducted in-ducted into the armed forces by the local selective service board so far this year, states Mrs. Van-gee Van-gee D. Morrell, clerk of the board. Separations from the armed forces during this period, however, number 51; enlistments, enlist-ments, 12; and volunteers. 4. During January, selective service ser-vice records show the following follow-ing statistical information: 1 volunteer, 4 inductions, 7 separations; separ-ations; February 4 inductions; March 4 inductions, 7 separations; separa-tions; April 4 inductions, 12 separations; May 1 volunteer, 3 inductions, 6 separations; June 4 inductions, 6 separations; separa-tions; July 4 inductions, 5 separations; August 1 volunteer, volun-teer, 3 inductions; September ! 4 inductions, 8 separations; Oct. 2 inductions, 1 volunteer. Separation dates listed were Jan. 20, March 31, April 30, May 31, June 30, July 31, and Sept. 2. |
