Show Duchesne, Moon Lake Stakes Plan . Conferences Saturday And Sunday Two stakes in the Uintah Basin Ba-sin will convene in quarterly conferences this weekend, where the membership will be instructed instruct-ed by two members of the First Council of Seventy. The membership of the Duchesne Du-chesne stake will convene at the Duchesne stake house and Moon Lake members will meet at the Mt. Emmons ward chapel for the two-day program of instruction. in-struction. According to Presidents Presi-dents A. Hale Holgate and William Wil-liam Brotherson, of Duchesne and Moon Lake stakes respec- tively, Elder S. Dilworth Young and Antone R. ' Ivins will be their visitors on Saturday evening eve-ning and Sunday, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. The meeting on Saturday night is especially for all members mem-bers of the Elder's quorums; all members of the Aaronic priesthood priest-hood over 21, and all male members mem-bers of the church who' do not hold the priesthood. In each instance the members who are married are urged to bring their wives, and those single men are encouraged to be present. In addition to these members extended a special invitation to attend, others who are expected to be present include ward and stake committees working with these groups; stake presidencies, high councilmen and ward bishoprics. Wives of these groups are also invited. |
