Show Randlefct By Mrs. Viola Jensen Accept 2-Year Call To Fill iVlission Speakers in Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence C. Wall, Sr., who are leaving soon to' fill a two-year mission in Norway. Visitors at Sunday's meetings were: High Councilman E. Bert Stoddard, of Leota, and Mr. and Mrs. George Pickup and family, of Tule Lake, Calif. A group of hunters from here were snow bound for a week in the mountains, until help got to them Friday. The Randlett ward Leadership Leader-ship meeting was held Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Harris are the proud parents of a baby boy, born Monday, October 19, at the Roosevelt Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. John S. Murphy, of Rock Springs, Wyo., flew here Tuesday by plane. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Wall met them at the Vernal Air Port and brought them to the home of Mr.- and Mrs. Lawrence C. Wall, Sr. to visit. Mrs. Wall and Mrs. Murphy Mur-phy are sisters. Grant Jarman and Mrs. John Tinker and family, of Manilla, Utah, arrived here Wednesday afternoon to visit their parents, Bishop and Mrs. Franklin L. Jarman. Grant left Friday for Portland, Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Harland Truman, Tru-man, of Butte, Montana, and Mr. and Mrs. William Mann, of Vernal, visited during the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Young. Mr. Man is a brother of Mrs. Young and Mrs. Truman. Mrs. Marian Young and son are visiting in Lapoint at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulen Rasmussen. Visitors at the Avalon School during the week were: Supt. Harold M. Lundell, Miss Bea trice Stringham and Mrs. Zel-pha Zel-pha Calder. JEEP HURTS LEG Fahy Durfee had the misfortune misfor-tune to have a Jeep run over his leg, Tuesday. Mr. Durfee is in the Roosevelt Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Palmer and family visited during the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taylor. Mrs. Gladys Jarman helped cook, Wednesday in the absence of Mrs. Austin Wardle. Charles Wahlquist, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, spent deer season here. Mrs. Wahlquist and children chil-dren returned home with him, after spending two weeks visiting visit-ing at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mariner McMullin. Mr. and Mrs. J. E.
