Show Mets Must Take Advantage ef Training Bights Veterans of World War II 1 planning GI Bill education and j training were reminded by Vet- : erans Administration that the July 25, 1951 cut-off date for starting courses is only seven months away. This coming spring school term will be the final such term most veterans may enter, or re-enter, before the deadline, V-A said, so if they plan to enroll en-roll they should start making arrangements now. The 1951 deadline applies to most World War II veterans those discharged from service before July 25, 1947. Those discharged dis-charged after that date have 'four years from their discharge date in which to begin, and nine years from discharge date to finish training. For most other veterans, however, training must be completed by July 25, 1956, the wind-up date of the program. j Veterans actually must have commenced their training by the cut-off date if they want to con- tinue afterwards, V-A said A J veteran must be in training on j that date unless he has tern- porarily interrupted his course : for summer vacation or for oth-1 er reasons beyond his contral. j Once he completes or discontinues discon-tinues his course of GI Bill I training after the deadline, he may not start another course.
