Show Mercury Hits A Minus 19 Here Frigid weather really hit Myton when the official reading at the Indian Irrigation office Saturday night showed a -15 degrees and then to climax that effort, the thermometer dropped to -19 degrees de-grees Sunday night, that being the coldest night this year. Let's hope the temperature is on the up-grade now and the real winter win-ter weather is broken, although at the time of this writing, Monday Mon-day evening, the temperature is tending to the zero mark. " Mrs. N. L. Peterson was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital last week, following a heart attack. Mr. Peterson, an invalid, is being cared for by his daughter, Mrs. Betty Bertola, and by his son, Dale, who lives with his parents. At this writing Mrs. Peterson is still confined to the hospital. Felix Quintana enjoyed a visit, Monday, from his brother, Mike Quintana, who is employed by the Moon Bros., sheep raisers, whose camp is stationed near Myton. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Lamb and children, returned home Sunday from a two-weeks vacation trip to Texas, where they visited Mr. Lamb's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lamb, at Ft Sam Houston. Mr. and Mrs. Atha Nance and family, of Salem, Utah, are visiting visit-ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moulton. Mrs. Nance is a sister sis-ter of Mrs. Moulton. |
