UTAH Iks - 7l , at Everyone realizes it is cold and that we may have one of those "old fashioned" long and cold winters, but who cares at this stage of the game. Two weeks from today will be Christmas Christ-mas and for a short while, at least, we can forget everything but the happiness we share with our loved ones. Knowing it may be hard for some to decide what they want to give as gifts, I am going to take the rest . of this column and tell you what I saw in McLea's that, might solve the gift problem. They have some-of the cutest brass and copper lamps, with shades that could almost be used for ladies' hats. Some have places to plant ivy or other greenery. They have a choice in breakfast break-fast sets ranging from solid oak to enamel top or the new indes-tructable indes-tructable plastic top chrome sets. There are kitchen step-stools, mahogany magazine racks, and mahogany wall what-nots that would be just the thing to display dis-play bric-a-brac on. There are a couple of walnut desks, with or without chairs, in the attractive water-fall design. A hassock is a nice gut ana 1 1 noticed three styles in these. For an unusual item there are walnut corner what-nots, a phone table, or a mahogany tier table, as well as other occasional tables. Or how about a card table set? They have a lovely all metal card table and four folding chairs that most anyone would like to receive for Xmas. Then for the smaller items, I noticed McLea's had General Electric steam irons as well as General . Mills and Mat-Matic irons. Both five and seven quart pressure cookers as well as Mir-ro-Matic and Wear Ever four quart cookers. They have waffle irons, electric clocks, percolators, sets of dishes and items of this sort. Then if you have yet to get anything in the toy line they I have a nice selection of wagons, trucks, gun and holster sets, pull toys, dolls and many other toys to delight lhe children. For the super gift for the home I noticed they had one seven-foot seven-foot and one nine-foot Kelvina-tor Kelvina-tor refrigerator. Also a deluxe and a roaster top Monarch range. Don't put off any longer your selection of Christmas gifts. Shop at McLea's. Adv. In n : yu Bin, S . I'M .ASAP! I 1 : V : :. : !:i I'm confessing it again, and it's a j hard confession to make.
