Show Myton Mrs. Grace Dalgleish In town for the Gingell-Uresk wedding were Miss Anna Lab-rum Lab-rum and Miss Mary Ann Felter, Of Roosevelt; Mr, and Mrs. Rudy Krissman and family and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Krissman, of Vernal; Ver-nal; Fred Hayes, of Duchesne, and Mrs. John Krissman, of Helper. Hel-per. Mrs. W. R. Preece, Jr. entertained enter-tained Wednesday evening at a shower complimentary to Miss Arba Gingell. Present were Miss Mary Ann Felter, of Roosevelt; Miss Jenele Smith, Miss Jo Ann Gingell and the honor guest. Mr. and Mrs. Emery Nielson returned from San Francisco last week after enjoying a few weeks' visit at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arvel Nielson. I Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Burgener, Chester Burgenera and two children, chil-dren, who made their home in Myton for many years, visited here briefly last week. Mrs. James Dalgleish was hostess hos-tess to members of the Friday Bridge Club last Friday afternoon. after-noon. Present, were Mrs. Wm. Koehler, Mrs. Wm. Preece, Miss Alice Todd, Mrs. Bliss Lott, Mrs Homer Robinson, Mrs. W. H Linck and Mrs. Floyd Lamb High score was won by Mrs Lott. Miss Elnora Quintana, Mrs Robert Snyder and Mrs. Marion Mott were hostesses at a stork shower Wednesday afternoon at the Quintana home, complimentary complimen-tary to Mrs. Wintworth Mott Present were Mrs. Don Felter iMrsM. C. Adams, Mrs. Harvey Long, Mrs. Fred Todd, Mrs. Jay Smith, Mrs. Wm. Harris, Miss Sarah Bywater, Mrs. Felix Quintana and the guest of honor. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Long and baby, of Roosevelt, visited Wednesday at the home of Mrs Long's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mott. Coy Jones, son of S. D. Jones, left last week to enter service in the U. . S. Navy. He will be stationed at San Diego, Calif. W. A. Durfey left Sunday for Provo, where he will spend several sev-eral weeks visiting at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Rufus Brown. Louis Uresk, who is attending the U.S.A.C. at Logan, came home for the weekend to attend the Gingell-Uresk wedding Mrs. A. M. Todd, who has been ill for some time, suffered a relapse re-lapse Sunday, and at this writing writ-ing has not improved. -Hbtr.Allred' of Salina, arrived. ar-rived. Friday to attend to business busi-ness matters. He was a visitor at the Ole Peterson home while here. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Woodward Wood-ward and two daughters left Sunday for .Areata, California, Wrchey ,Y,Ul visit for a month with Mrs. Woodward's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Pectol, and other relatives. They anticipate spending a month on vacation. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Jenkins, of Ballard, spent Sunday visiting with Mrs. Jenkins' parents, Mr and Mrs. James Giles. |
