Show Altonah Mri. Ethel Beebe Jim Lconakis and Ed Davis made a trip to Salt Lake City the forepart of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Snyder and family, Kenneth Catcott and son, China Lake, Calif., arrived Monday to visit their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Smith and Mrs. Elva Snyder. Mr. Snyder and Mrs. Catcott returned to California Cal-ifornia the latter part of the week, while Mrs. Snyder and family stayed for a longer visit. Mrs. Mary Young cared for the Mohlman store Tuesday while the Mohlmans attended the wedding1 anniversary celebration for Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Mohlman at Midway. Blaine Corbin has a new Ford truck. Jack Carroll was sufficiently recovered to be released from the Roosevelt hospital, Sunday. Mrs. Keith Snyder and children chil-dren are visiting her parents at Alterra. Mrs. Fern Miller and family moved to Roosevelt, Friday. The Keith Snyders will live in the Miller house. Word was received this week of the marriage of Miss Tillie Davis, of Tooele, to Eddie Mc-Mullin, Mc-Mullin, at Tooele on August 13. Tillie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Davis, former Altonah Al-tonah residents. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Larsen and their sister, Dot, spent the weekend week-end with their aunt and uncle, the Wm. Ralphs. Mrs. Reay Jessen and her new daughter and Mrs. Earl Duns-more Duns-more and new son came home from the Roosevelt hospital Monday. Mon-day. Anouncement is made of the forthcoming marriage of Miss Beth Baxter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Baxter, of Salt Lake City, to Ralph Clark, son of Mrs, Vendetta Clark. The ceremony cer-emony will be performed Aug. 19 in the Salt Lake temple. They will make their home in Salt Lake .City. |
