Show State School and Roads Receive Federal Revenue The National Forests of Utah have turned $44,428 over to the State to be used for schools and roads. During the fiscal year 19-43, 19-43, the Ashley National Forest received $9,470 from the sale of timber products, $15,983 for the use of grazing land and 452 for special land use such as agriculture, agricul-ture, cabins, reservoirs, resorts, summer homes, etc. These receipts re-ceipts total $25,905 of which 25 per cent or $6,334 has been paid to the State of Utah for use on school and roads. This amount is broken down as follows: Daggett county, $1,408; Duchesne county. 2,280; Uintah county, 1,616 and Summit county, $1,030. |
