Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Stevenson Steven-son and Henry Allred spent 'three days visiting relatives in Price and Helper. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Murray and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Murray spent Wednesday shopping in Roosevelt. Mrs. Reva Owen was in Bluebell Blue-bell Wednesday in connection with her work. The Bluebell Boy scouts were the lucky winners of the Sparrow Spar-row contest in the Moon Lake stake. The contest was to see which ward could kill the most sparrows. Mr. and Mrs. Larsen and two boys of Ioka were visiting Mr. and Mrs. Claude Mathews Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Gee of Duchesne visited with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John Thern-ing Thern-ing Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith and two daughters of Helper visited with relatives here Saturday and Sunday. Mrs. Earl Adams and son, Kent who has employment at Roosevelt came home Monday for a visit with parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. Lisonbee. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Warren and family of Upalco were Bluebell Blue-bell visitors Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Russel Robison and family of Ioka, Mr. and Mrs. Garnet Birtchell and family of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Smith of Helper and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Goodrich were Sunday Sun-day guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Les-lie B. Goodrich. Floyd Case and Lynn Hansen of Mt. Emmons were transacting transact-ing business here Monday. Bluebell was well represented at Stake conference held in Mt. Emmons Sunday. Elder Clifford E. Young an assistant to the Counsel of the Twelve was present pres-ent at the conference. Elder Victor Vic-tor Wathen and the Misses Beth Winkler and LaWana Murray of Bluebell were speakers at the afternoon session. A song was rendered by Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam Telford, also from here. Those attending Priesthood meeting Saturday evening at Mt. Emmons were Bishop Bernard Bern-ard Winkler, Gardner Goodrich, James Bird, Alva Hancock, Hosea Lisonbee, and son, R. G., Boyd Goodrich, Gilbert Kimball, Walter Remington, William Telford, Tel-ford, Earl Murray and Robert A. Murray. Mr. and Mrs. George Wathen and daughter, Carol Ann of Salt Lake City arrived here Sunday to visit friends and relatives. Mr. Stewart accompanied them here looking for a farm. Mrs. Grant Monson of Alton-ah, Alton-ah, a recent bride was entertained entertain-ed at the home of Mrs. Verona Goodrich. Guests present were Mrs. Ruth Thacker of Mt. Emmons, Em-mons, Mrs. Orson 'Monson of Al-tonah, Al-tonah, Mrs. Virginia Winkler, Mrs. Alice Mathews, Mrs. Lucille Winkler, Mrs. Alice D. Gale, Mrs. Velma Monson, Mrs. M. Verona Winkler and Mrs. Verona Ver-ona Goodrich. Refreshments were served. Mrs. Sadie Dennis of Winna-mocca,1 Winna-mocca,1 Nevada, and her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Alta Woodard visited in Bluebell with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Levison Hancock and other relatives. Mrs. Rueben Dalton and small son, Nickless of Salt Lake City is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Therning. |
