Show Myton Students Lauded For School Fair Excellence The Myton Elementary school fair held in the school auditorium auditor-ium Friday, September 19, was loudly applauded. Proof of the e-xtensive farming in the district was clearly shown by the exhibits ex-hibits centered around a stage banked high with more than 20 kinds of flowers. Tables were filled with displays dis-plays . of tomatoes, potatoes, corn, carrots, mixed vegetables, onions and an assortment of apples, plums, prunes, peaches, raspberries, and strawberries. Larger farm produce such as squash and pumpkins formed the floor display. Samples of needle work and handicraft completed the exhibits. ex-hibits. First, second and third prizes were awarded, with 45 students receiving blue ribbons for their contributions. Mrs. Wilmcr Mur--ray, Wm. Forsythe and H. II. Blaine served as judges |
