Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Rhodes and son, Miss Marilyn Oberhansley, Miss El-ma El-ma Oberhansley, Lynn Walker and Wm. Oberhansley. Mr. and Mrs. J. Wesley Allred and Mrs. Elva Iorg accompanied accompan-ied other relatives to Francis, Sunday, where they attended funeral services for Mrs. Irene Atkinson Prescott. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Oberhansley Ober-hansley went to Fort Duchesne Monday to visit with their son, Clarence, and family. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Ander-ton Ander-ton announce the birth of a son at the Roosevelt hospital Sun- Little Merna Whiting broke her arm in two places, when she fell from a teeter-totter at school, Wednesday. Mrs. Miller took her to the Roosevelt hospital to have her arm set. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cummmgs and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Cum-mings, Cum-mings, of Upalco, visited Saturday Satur-day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Jensen. A large crowd of M.I.A. officers offi-cers and teachers attended the four stake convention held at Roosevelt, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Leland Peterson and Mr. and Mrs. Tal Wardle spent the weekend in Salt Lake City. Lloyd Horrocks, of Salt Lake City, returned home Sunday after af-ter a short vacation in Neola. Rulon Smithson went to Provo Sunday where he will enter the B.Y.U. for his second year of college. . The Trail Builders Primary graduation class gave their instructor, in-structor, Mrs. LaVara Mitchell, a surprise party one evening last week. Mr. and Mrs. Ira A. Pace left Tuesday fox St. George, Utah, where they plan to spend the winter months. They will return in a few days to make final preparations pre-parations before moving to Utah's Dixie. Mrs. Lila Murray and son visited vis-ited in Lapoint last Friday. Thad Wilkcrson, who has been working on road construction construc-tion near Salt Lake City for several months, has returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Gardner spent several days last week in Salt Lake City purchasing furniture fur-niture for their new home. Nathaniel Woodward returned to Neola Friday after a summer away from home. Mr. and Mrs. Fred LaRose and family have moved to Hay-den Hay-den to live for the school months. The Daughters of Utah Pioneers Pio-neers of the Neola Camp, received receiv-ed a $25 award for their relic exhibit at "Indian Days" celebration. cele-bration.
