Show FOUNTAIN GREEN I j By Special Correspondence I J F Livingston and family and Mrs. Dciina McDonald of Salt Lake City spent the weekend at the home of f-heir mother, Mrs. George W. Ivory. Lee Oldroyd and family are visiting at Salt Lake and Ogden. A surjprise party was given Frank and Wallace Green Wednesday night. An enjoyable evening in playing games and a program was given. Covers were laid for thirty people. Mrs Evan Bigler was hostess to the members of -the Gaity Club Wednesday Wednes-day afternoon. A chicken supper was served to the following members: Mrs Clifton Hansen, Mrs. Jim Johnson, Mrs. Delbert unrisuanseii, mis. im- ; ence Mower. Mrs. Clarence Johnson, ; Mrs. Orville Johnson, Mrs. Clarence Oldroyd, Mrs. Abe Madsen. Special I euests were Lee Oldroyd and Clarence Johnson. Mrs. George W. Ivory is visiting in Salt Lake for two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Olsen entertained en-tertained the following at a party on Tuesday night. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Johnson, John-son, Mr and Mrs. Clarence Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Oldroyd, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Jonson. Games Orville Johnson were present. Games and dancing were enjoyed. An elab- , orate luncheon was served at mid- night. Mrs. A. G. Anderson was nosiess 10 the members of the G. B. Club at her home on Thursday afternoon. A number of relatives and friends met at the home of Mr and Mrs. Wil-! ford Green and gave them a surprise party on Sunday night. Luncheon was served to thirty-six people. The diversions of the evening were games, radio music and singing. The members of the Gaity Club and husbands enjoyed a sleigh riding party par-ty on Sunday afternoon, after which a chicken supper was served by Mrs. Delbert Christiansen at her home. The evening was spent in' games. Ira Coulson is suffering from bruises caused by a horse falling on Mr. Coul-son's Coul-son's leg. His mother Clara Coulson is very ill also. Mrs. Eliza J. Coombs returned from Manti last week and is now visiting her daughter, Mrs. P. L. Holman at Mount fieasant. Mrs. Cleo Nielson received word on February 14th of the death of her mother at the Saint Marks Hospital In Salt Lake. Funeral services were held Sunday at Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. Abe Livingston and Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Seely attended the services. Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Nielsen, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Holman, Mr and Mrs. G. F. Johnson attended the annual reunion re-union of all Fountain Green people living at Provo, which was held last Friday night. This reunion was held at the Manavo Ward at Provo. A children's party was held at four o'clock. o'-clock. There were one hundred-fifty people who enjoyed the evening. A program was given, dancing was enjoyed en-joyed and refreshments served. |
