Show .Musical Program Given At Wasatch Acadeiry . On Washington's birthday a group of the music students of the Wasatch Academy, under the direction of Harold Har-old W. Fildey, presented a program cf instrumental music during a special chapel period. Preceeding the program pro-gram and in recognition to the national nation-al observance of February 22nd the entire en-tire student body joined in the singing sing-ing of our national anthem. The following musical program was presented: Orchestra "Washington Post" march Sousa. Orchestra "Jeannine" waltz Shilk-ert. Shilk-ert. Violin solo "Reverie" Fauconier. played by Lucille Hansen. Orchestra "Wood Sprites," caprice, St. Clair. Instrumental trio "Marie" waltz-Berlin, waltz-Berlin, violin. H. W. Fildey; saxa-phone, saxa-phone, Robert Redner; piano, Miriam Duchworth. Orchestra "Sweethearts on Parade," fox trot Lombardo. Orchestra, "The Thunderer" march - -Sousa. Orchestra encore "Belle of Chicago" march, Sousa. Mount Pleasant will have an opportunity oppor-tunity to hear the Wasatch orchestra as a feature of the operetta program which js to be presented in the Elite Theatre on March 21st. . |
