Show Mrs. Agnes J. Sorenson Dies in Salt Lake Hospital Mrs. Agnes Jensen Sorenson, wife of S. P. Sorenson, died at a Salt Lake hospital Wednesday morning, following an operation for goitre. She had been in ill health the past six months. She was bora in this city October Octo-ber 10, 1860, daughter of Christian and Caroline Jensen, ppioneers of 1849. She was married to S. Peter Sor-.n.;cii Sor-.n.;cii May 7. 1880, in the endowment endow-ment house, Salt Lake City. She has been a faithful Relief Society So-ciety worker for many years. Tne couple celebrated their golden gold-en wedding two weeks ago. Surviving are her husband and the foil wing children: Edward Sorenson, Sor-enson, Teton, Idaho; Mrs. S. H. Nelson, Mrs. R. Dean Twelves, Salt Lake; Mrs. A. A. Halliday, Provo; Mrs. F. A. Wagoner, Los Angeles; Mrs. A. A. Lasson, Indlanola, Utah; Ray Sorenson, Eureka; Leo Sorenson, Soren-son, Magna; Harold, Mt. Pleasant; also thirty grandchildren, one great grandchild and three brothers, H. P. Jensen, Mt. Pleasant; Christian Jensen, Fairview; George Jensen, Montana. Funeral services are set for Saturday Sat-urday at 2 p. m. in the North ward chapel. |
