Show MORONI Stanley Symes has returned from . Mones, Utah. Angus Blackham has returned from Salt Lake. Miss Ina Beal of Ephraim is visiting visit-ing friends and relatives of this city. Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Bradley were Moroni visitors this week. Blanche Draper is a visitor at Price this week. Miss Lily Ivy of Salina is visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Randall Cbristensen. Mr. and Mrs. N. H. Felt and family of Manti visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Anderson Sunday. Grace Kelson of Ephraim was the guest of Mrs. Ed Bradley a few days last week. I Olive Peterson of Ephraim has been visiting her sister, Mrs. F. J. !Faux, Jr., of this city. A. S. Nurse, who has been employed employ-ed in the People's Sugar Co. has gone to Salt Lake. Miss Moneta Jolley has returned to her home in this city after having 'spent the winter in California. Moroni Faux and Eugene Faux motored mo-tored to Richfield Sunday and spent the day visiting friends. Miss Jen Blackham entertained the U. B. S. O. D. H. club Tuesday even-inj, even-inj, at her home. Ira Huggins and Joseph Christiau-eu Christiau-eu have returned to their homes j I fountain Green after having at-tc at-tc I'ucd the Moroni High School for the past school year. The children of tne Primary gave a splendid concert here Monday evening, even-ing, consisting of songs, drills and l esitatioLS. The concert was a perfect per-fect succe3s in every way and much credit is due the instructors. Mothers' Day was observed here Sunday. A splendid program was given giv-en in the Sunday School, and many mothers were there. Each one received re-ceived a carnation in memory of the day, and at evening some very good talks were given at the Sacrament meeting in honor of Mother. Mrs. Jaine'3 Hardy entertained at a delightful konsingson Friday afternoon after-noon at her home. A dainty lunch-eon lunch-eon was seived to Mrs. Andrew An-;derson, An-;derson, Mr", Elmo Irons, Mrs. James Larson, Mrs. Andy Bradley, Mrs. Rodney Anderson, Mrs. Ray Blackham, Black-ham, Mrs. B. C. Linebaugh and Mrs. Barnes. Miss Erma Hardy assisted with the serving. The High School faculty entertained entertain-ed at a delightful social given in honor of the Senior class Wednesday night. Games, music and dancing were the features of the evening together to-gether with a luncheon served in cafeteria style. Those present were A. H. Anderson, B. E. Jamison, F. W. Bennion, Miss Margaret Bculton, Miss Bird Conley, Miss Elva Faux, Miss lone Christensen, Miss Rhoda Christensen, Miss Delphia Reese, C'live Hansei, Andreau Nelson avid Nathaniel Anderson. Jensen ; Presentation of Diplomas; Presentation of Rewards; High School orchestra, "Fire ThiH." A commencement dance followed. El-win El-win Blackham, Bill Blackham, Van-crl Van-crl Morley, Ottis Bradley and Russell Draper each received a sweater for their efficient work in basketball. |
