Show Fair and Warmer Weather During Last Week in P.G. it was fair and warm in Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove on Monday as the weather week came to a close. Mid-afternoon temperatures included in-cluded up to 75 degrees Monday afternoon and it got no lower than 36 degrees Sunday night. The blanket of snow atop Mt. Timpanogos is fading rapidly and Old Timers predict many warm Indian summer days before October Octo-ber ends three weeks from now. Frost damage to date has been slight and tomatoes are rolling into the Orem and Pleasant Grove Canning plants. The harvest har-vest is only 60 per cent complete however. The apple harvest is in full swing, with yield and quality very good say some growers. Lovers of applie pie and apple sauce should insist that the little woman wo-man do something about it. Apple cider signs are appearing along the highway. It was partly cloudy and warm when this report svas written early Tuesday morning.
