Show Adult Education Orchestra Class To Start Oct, 12 By popular demand, one of the most interesting and exciting adult education courses ever held in the Alpine School District is being offered again this year, starting Oct. 12. This class is orchestra, which for the past year and a half has seen old dust-covered musical instruments removed remov-ed from closets where they had been hidden for years since their owners used them actively. Members from the northern area of ithe district who have participated under the sponsorship sponsor-ship of the adult education program pro-gram have found their former talents returning. They found, also al-so a renewed interest in music, a field in which many had felt, they could never have an opportunity oppor-tunity for active participation again. The opportunity is now here. If you have ever played an orchestra or-chestra instrument, consider joining join-ing the class. If you do not own an instrument now, some are available for loan. There are opening's in nearly all sections at present. Particularly Particul-arly needed are string bass, cello, viola, timpani, percussion, trumpet trump-et and violin. Classes will be held each Monday, Mon-day, beginning Oct. 12 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. in- the Lehi Junior Jun-ior High School auditorium. The 8-week course is $2.00. Lynn T.
