Radmall, his wife; Verda Radmall; Ethel Radmall; Zera Radmall and Lillian Radmall, his wife; Ross Radmall and Mrs. Ross Radmall, his wife; Dahlia Radmall Walker; Pearl Radmall West and Ruby Radmall Warnick; and all other unknown heirs, administrators, administra-tors, executors, devisees and creditors cred-itors of Henry Radmall, also known as Henry B. Radmall and Mary E. Radmall, his wife, both deceased; also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, interest in or lien upon the real property described in Plaintiff's complaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership or clouding Plaintiff's title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon J. Albert Page, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 30 South, Main Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon up-on you. If you fail so to do, judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded demand-ed in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action is brought by the plaintiff to obtain a judgment and decree quieting her title to the following fol-lowing described real property, in Utah County, Utah to-wit: Commencing at a point in the North line of Eleventh North street, Pleasant Grove City, which 'point of beginning is South 665.82 feet and east 590.90 feet from the Northwest corner of Section 21, Township 5 South, Range 2 East of the Salt Lake Meridian; which point of beginning is also North 89 15' West 662.15 feet along the centerline of said eleventh North Street and North 39.46 feet from the street monument at the intersection inter-section of Eleventh North and Fifth East streets, Official map of Pleasant Grove City, (1950); and running thence North 4 49' West 361.52 feet; thence North 87 05' East 131.93 feet to the West bank of a canal; thence with said canal bank on the following courses: South 10 16' East 70.29 feet; South 22 57' East 210.58 feet; South 11 11' East 79.76 feet to the North line of said Eleventh North street; thence with said street line North 89 29' West ':"13.22 feet to the point of beginning. begin-ning.
