Show LOCAL NEWS Mr. and Mrs. Merrill N. Warniek spent Tuesday at Logan. While Mr. Warniek, as a member of the Dairy Advisory committee met with USAC officials, Mrs. Warniek, Warn-iek, with Bo Larson, recently arrived ar-rived from Sweden, visited with Ellen Dutson and family. Mrs. John Parkinson, Jeanne Parkinson and Paul Parkinson of Milford visited here this weekend with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Robert Emal and the new baby, ba-by, born March 27. Jeanne and Paul Parkinson returned home while Mrs. Parkinson will visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Emal and assist in the care of her new granddaughter. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Jense and son Wesley Eugene and daughter I Lana Jean arrived here Friday evening ev-ening from Gardenia, Calif., and are guests at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Jense. The family came to be with Mr. Jense who has been ill at the St. Marks Hospital where he submitted sub-mitted to a major operation. Mr. Jense is said to be improving. Gary returned to Gardenia Tuesday Tues-day evening, while his family will visit longer with the Jenses and with Mrs. Jense's parents Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Allred. Mr. and Mrs. Dale H. West, daughter Jeanine and son Richard of Boulder, Colo., have returned to their home after spending the spring vacation here with Mrs. West's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Byron By-ron Adamson and other relatives here and in Spanish Fork, Heber, and other points. Mr. West is on sabbatical leave from the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young University and is doing do-ing part-time teaching while working- toward his Doctor's degree. While here Mr. and Mrs. West attended at-tended the BYU faculty banquet at Provo. |
