Show Cancer Drive in Lindon to Start With Show April 10 The American Cancer Society's annual April fund-raising' and educational edu-cational campaign, carried on by more than 1,000,000 volunteers and aimed at bringing the full story of the new "fight cancer" message into every American home, will get into full swing in Lindon ne.A week with the showing of a colored color-ed film in the Lindon Ward Chapel Tuesday, April 10, at 2:30 p.m. This announcement was made by Vi Ostergaard, campaign chairman. chair-man. The film, "Living Insurance" will last approximately 28 minutes and will be followed by a discussion discus-sion period. A local physician will be present to answer questions and give advice. The general public is invited to view the film. Chairman Ostergaard has selected selec-ted the following Lindon residents to assist her with the fund raising campaign: Theone Blain, Eulene Hicken, Virginia Swenson, Ellen Hansen, Afton Fryer, and Evelyn Blake. |
