Show Woman, 80, Due Birthday Fete At Home Today Mrs. Agnes Burns will be guest of honor at an openhouse given by her daughters, today Thursday April 5, 1956 at her home on Center Cen-ter St rent. Pleasant Grove. Utah. Friends and relatives are invited to call at her home between 2 and 9 p.m. to extend greetings to Mrs. Bums on her 80th birthday anni-veisa anni-veisa ry. Mrs. Burns was bom in Coalville, Coal-ville, Utah, April 5, 187G, a daughter daugh-ter of the late Elizabeth Kelly and Cornelius Baxter. Mrs. Burns has lived in Pleasant Grove since she has fifteen years of age. She married mar-ried Samuel Burns Sept. 1, 1900. He died July 7, 1937. Mrs. Burns is the mother of four daughters and two sons. They are Clyde E. Burns, Inglewood, Calif., LaVeii C. Burns, Glendale, Calif., Mrs. John S. Holten (Hyacinth) Clearfield, Utah, Mrs. Margaret B. Deveiaux, Mrs. Paul M. Jones, (Marie) and Mrs. Westley J. Walker (Mary) of Pleasant Grove. She has ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. |
