Show Ten Years Ago Now (Taken from files Of Feb. 14, 1925) Carter, six -year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Boley, received several broken ribs and minor injuries last Saturday afternoon when struck by an automobile on the state highway north of his home. Ten Years Ago Now American Fork City's public property prop-erty is set at $117,410.49 in the annual annu-al report submitted by George F. Shelley, city recorder. The report shows the total liabilities amount to $36,258.22, leaving a net amount of resources over liabilities of $81,152.27. Ten Years Ago Now Dr. C. N. Jensen, state superintendent superinten-dent of schools, and Horace G. Cummin Cum-min gs, member of the General Board of the Sunday School, were in attendance at-tendance at the union meeting of the Sunday School and Genealogical workers held Sunday. Ten Years Ago Now In a meeting of the members of the American Fork Poultry Producers Produc-ers Association held Wednesday night it was announced that stock certificates had been received for the members amounting to $3400.00, representing the members' share of the $20,000.00 profit mode by the state association during 1924. At the meeting also B. N. Christensen was named as the American Fork representative rep-resentative on the state board consisting con-sisting of fifteen men. Friday the 13th is no "jinx" around the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vem Walker. Tlie stork left a fine baby boy Friday morning. Frank Shelley, son of Mr. and Mrs. George F. Shelley, is due in Provo tliis noon enroute home from the Eastern States mission where ho spent twenty eight months. |
