Show SHERIFF'S SALE In the Fourth Judicial District Court, of the State of Utah, Utah County. TINTIC POWDER and SUPPLY COMPANY, a Corporation, Plaintiff, vs. WHITE KING MINING COMPANY, COM-PANY, a Corporation, Defendant. Under and by virtue of a writ of execution issued in the above entitled en-titled case, having been required by attorney for plaintiff to levy upon and sell, I have levied upon and will sell at Sheriff's Sale, at eleven o'clock a. m. on the 29th day of January, Jan-uary, 1934, at the main front door of the County Court House, at the City and County Bldg., situate in Provo, Utah, all the right, title and interest of the above named defendant, defen-dant, of, in and to the following described des-cribed real property, in Utah County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, standing on the records of the County Recorder's office of said County, in the name of White King Mining Co. and particularly particu-larly described as follows: Senator Stanford patented rnining claim designated as Lot 39 of the North Tintic Mining District (otherwise (other-wise known as Goshen Mining Claims) U. S. M. M. No. 2 in Tp. 9 S R 2 W. S. L. Base and Meridian, also Unpatented Mining Claims, as amended, respectively designated as: Davis, Davis No. 1; Davis No. 2; Davis No. 3; Davis No. 4; 2-3rds. of Davis No. 5; Davis No. 6; Davis No. 7; and the Wedge, appearing in the Mining Record in the Recorder's Office of said county, and further designated under aforesaid names and by metes and bounds by Mineral Survey No. 6978 of the Department of the Interior of the United States of America, Utah Land District of the North Tintic Mining District, Sections 29, 30, 31 and 32, Township 9 S.
