Show 1 (J Ji-OJCiXV 1 City Appointments Made Saturday City appointments were made and confirmed Saturday by Mayor Lim and his council. Ray Winters was reappointed City Marshal, W. L. Hayes named City Justice, Dr. B. C. Linebaugh, City Physician, Martin Mar-tin Peterson, Sexton, S. R. Thur-man, Thur-man, City Attorney, Duane Harper, Pound-Keeper. The following members were named as officers and members of the fire department. Officers J. Kemp, Chief; C. J. Williamson, Assistant Chief; Hans Williamson, Captain; Isaac Hayes, Driver and Secretary; Ray Framp-ton, Framp-ton, Relief Driver and Assistant secretary. sec-retary. Archie Boren, Driver; C. R. A motion carried that the ordinance ordin-ance licensing dogs be enforced and that the license fee be $1 0 on males and $3.00 on females, per year. It was determined to Investigate the matter of getting a city plot map since there is now no record on file. The matter cf business license collection col-lection came up for a short discussion discus-sion as to time of collection, etc. Joseph Larson, secretary of the Pleasant Grove Irrigation company, presented the ibill totaling $697.63 for the handling, o? the water for the year 1933. Motion carried that the matter be taken care of out of collections as far as possible.
