Karl Madsen, first counselor, is the oldest son of Alma and Virginia Madsen of Nephi. He and his wife, Sue, have three children. Two sons are presently serving mission and one daughter is in the ninth grade. Karl has worked in the Cub and Scouting programs and worked in the primary. He served as Elders Quorum president and High Priest counselor. Karl is employed by Union Pacific Pa-cific Railroad. K. Terry Miller, second counselor, was born in Jerome, Idaho. He served in the Northern States Mission. He graduated from BYU in 1977. Terry and his wife, the former Kimberly S. Storey, have five children, chil-dren, Melissa, Michelle, Richard, Trevor and Matthew. He opened and operates a transportation trans-portation brokerage company called U. S. Traffic, Inc.
