Show Softball off to swinging start Steve Peterson's Interiors, the Stingers and Barratt Builders started the season with a win in the OCity Softball League Monday Night in American Fork. Peterson's saw pitcher Butch Dunn pitch his second no-hitter of the year to lead the team to a 9-0 victory over the Bullets. The Stingers outplayed Jack & Jill Lanes to a 8-0 victory. Barratt Builders had a tougher time with Don's Car Care, pulling off a come-from-behind 5-4 victory in the closing innings of the game. Peck's had a bye in the seven-member seven-member league. The league plays every Monday at the old American Fork Jr. High School and Wednesdays at lehi's Memorial Park. They invite the public to come out and watch some of the best Softball action in Utah. |
