Show Kearns' widow dies The daughter-in-law of Park City's mining magnate, Thomas Kearns, died Saturday in a Phoenix, Arizona hospital. Genevieve Craig Kearns died during surgery after suffering cardiac car-diac arrest. Her husband, also named Thomas Kearns, wa3 the former principal owner and president of the Salt Lake Tribune. Born in 1907, she was raised on a Washington State Farm, and moved to Salt Lake in the early 1930s. She married her husband in 1944. He died in 1967. She is survived by son Frank Miller (from a previous marriage), daughter Mrs. Chris Campbell, Camp-bell, of Sandpoint, Idaho, and four grandchildren. She is also survived by sister Emma Bach, with whom she had lived in Mesa, Arizona, since 1972. A funeral mass was scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Cathedral of the Madeleine. |
