LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC SUPPLEMENTARY DESIGN PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed Reconstruction of State Route 224 from Kimballs Junction (Interstate Route 80) to State Route 248 in Park City. Summit Countv Project Number F-O60(2) The Utah Department of Transportation herewith advises all interested persons or groups that it proposes to reconstruct the above described section of highway, which is a two-lane road, to provide a four-lane divided highway. There have been some changes in the design concept for the project which have prompted this supplementary hearing. The governing officials of Summit County and Park City have been made aware of this project. The public is herewith advised that an official Public Hearing conducted by the Utah Department of Transportation to discuss the design features of the proposed improvements will be held on Thursday January 31, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 445 Marsac Ave., Park City, Utah. The approved location of the project is as described in the Environmental Assessment Assess-ment prepared for this project. It follows the alignment of the existing highway. Information to be presented at the hearing will include a discussion of the major design features of the project,., current schedules for right-of-way acquisition and for construction, and an explanation of relocation assistance programs. Appropriate illustrative materials will be available for inspection. During the hearing, verbal andor written testimony pertaining to the features of the proposed project or to its social, economic and environmental effects' will be received from all interested persons or groups.
