Show Art Notes oak ridge boys in concert The Grammy Award-winning Oak Ridge Boys will appear in performance in one show (8:00 p.m.) Sunday, March 13, at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City. The group just released their 9th MCA Records LP, "American Made." The first single, which is the title cut, is currently soaring up both country and pop national music charts. The Oak Ridge Boys will make their headlining debut March 31 through April 6 at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Lacy J. Dalton is set to open the show in Salt Lake City jfor the Oak Ridge Boys. miMiBi mi mi m ivimir nirrr- LAM..:il Oak Ridge Boys play postponed Due to some cast changes and a conflict with rehearsal times, I.A.E. and the Kimball Art Center will present "Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living In Paris" starting March 24, 25, 26, in the main gallery of the art center. This is postponed from the time stated last week of March 10, 11, 18 and 19th. Curtain time is 8 p.m. with a wine reception each evening at 7:30 p.m. The case under the direction of Ron Burnett will include, Barbara Bramble, Debbie Rapp, Curt Graf, Jim Donner, Kim Balou and Roxanne Shapiro. Tickets will go on sale Monday, March 14th at the Kimball Art Center or you can reserve by calling 649-6208. Ticket prices are $5.00 general admission, $4.50 for Kimball Art Center members, and $3.50 for students, senior citizens and children under 12. |
