Show council approves conversion The City Council has approved the timeshare conversion of phases two and three of the Snowcrest condominium project at Empire and Fifteenth. The project has been renamed "Powder Pointe" and will include 31 units that will be marketed on a shared ownership basis. The timeshare conversion was requested by Ackerlow, Thomas, Dyer, Inc., the project's developer. subdivision nodded Park Meadows Development Co. received plat approval from the City Council March 3 for their proposed Broken Spoke subdivision inside the boundaries of the new Jack Nicklaus golf course. The firm plans to develop eleven single family lots on the 6.7 acre site which would be accessed via a loop road through Fairway Village. The property is zoned Residential Development (RD) and lot sizes will vary from 16,000 to 37,000 sq. ft. Plans for the subdivision were presented over a year ago.
