The bank was not entered and the value of the vandalism has been set at $250. bulova bolts A gold Bulova watch valued at $155 disappeared from Barbara Ann Gold's Prospector Square condo March 3. The timepiece vanished while the Boonton, N.J. resident took a 20 minute sauna. Officers have been interviewing maids at 'he condo complex in connection with the crime. skis stolen Two pair of skis valued at $550 were taken from Kerry Perloff's vehicle Feb. 28. The car was parked at Claimjumper condos when the theft occurred. Investigating officers could find no sign of forced entry although Perloff maintains the car was locked. .-... vanishing voyeur While Maiden, Mass. resident John F. Finn was dressing this week, an unknown person opened the door of his Snowcrest condo and peered in. Finn said the intruder ran when he saw the unit was occupied., dirty deed A burglar broke into San Diego resident John Chalker's Crescent Ridge condo March 4 and stole $106 in cash while tracking mud throughout the unit. Chalker noticed the theft when he returned from dinner and found his empty money clip lying on his bed. Two friends who were too tired to go out were sleeping in another room while the burglary was in process, but heard nothing. gems gone Park City police detectives are investigating the disappearance of nearly $8,500 worth of jewels from Elizabeth Guidi's Sidewinder Dr. home March 1. Guidi, a resident of Blue Bell, Pa. reported $8,250 worth of her jewelry had turned up missing as well as a $300 gold wedding ring that belonged to her friend Nancy Mashack. |
