The vacancy to be filled at this election will be for a six-year six-year term beginning January, 1985. Candidates for the vacancy must reside within the corporate limits of Park City. If a subsequent phase is commenced during that time, the sign may rermin so long as construction continues on the project's initial construction (and not remodeling work affecting less than the entire project).
