LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 29th day of November, 1984 at 11:00 a.m. at the Main Entrance of the Summit County Courthouse, Coalville, Summit County, State of Utah, by Bryan W. Cannon as Trustee and The Citizens Bank as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Tycor, Inc., as Trustor recorded March 13. 1981 as Entry No. 177322 in Book M182 at page 168 and re-recorded March 31, 1981, as Entry No. 177916, Book M183, page 597 of Official Records of Summit County, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of The Citizens Bank, original Beneficiary, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded February 18, 1982 as Entry No. 188687 in Book M212 at page 378 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, a portion of the property described in said Notice of Default. The entire portion of property secured by said Deed of Trust will not be sold at this time inasmuch as a portion of said real property is affected by a Petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah under Bankruptcy No. 82-01976. 82-01976. Units 1, 4 and 5 may be sold at a subsequent date if the amounts received on this Trustee's Sale are insufficient to pay the full balance owing under the Trust Deed described hereinabove. This sale is for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
