Show i Notice of Budget Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners Com-missioners of Summit County Coun-ty will hold a public hearing for the purpose of increasing the following 1982 Budgets of Summit County: Misc. Budget to be increased increas-ed $15,000; Grand Jury Budget to be increased $50,000; Television budget to be increased $45,000; Jail budget to be increased . $16,000; In addition, the Commission intends to create cre-ate new budgets for handling the DUI program, and a new budget for hospital expenses. expens-es. The hearing will be held in the County Commission chambers in the County Courthouse, Coalville, Utah on June 15, 1982 at 4 p.m. Any interested citizen is urged to attend. Summit County Clerk Reed D. Resolution No. 34-81 Resolution amending resolution reso-lution No. 13-81 authorizing the waiving of a portion of the impact fees due from each project to be built by the Deer Valley Resort Co. until such time as the waived impact fees equal the amount to be prepaid by Deer Valley Resort for the construction and equipping of a fire station in Deer Valley. Whereas, Deer Valley Resort Re-sort Co. has agreed to pay all of the cost involved in the construction and equipping of two (2) fire stations in Deer Valley, as authorized by Resolution 13-81, passed by the City Council at the May 14, 1981 Council meeting, meet-ing, and; Whereas, .the Fire District Commission has determined that the Snow Park Station, scheduled to be built in 1981 is not really needed in that location, and; Whereas, the Fire District Commission and Deer Valley Resort have agreed that in lieu of construction of the Snow Park Station, that the Silver Lake Station, scheduled schedul-ed for completion in 1982 will be expanded according to plans mutually agreeable to Deer Valley and the Fire District, and; Whereas, Deer Valley Resort Re-sort Co. and the Fire District Commission have agreed to the timetable, and construct-i construct-i ion an4 equjpmejit scheduler . .described in this, resolution; ; Now, therefore, be it resolved by the City Council that: Section 1: Fifty percent (50) of the impact fees due the city according to the requirements of Ordinance 80-13 shall be waived for each project to be built directly by Deer Valley Resort Co. until such time as the waived impact fees equal the amount prepaid by Deer Valley Resort Co. for the construction and equipping of the Silver Lake Fire Station in Deer Valley, , except that in the case on the ski lift construction, that the total amount of the potential impact fee be waived and credited to the fire station construction. Section 2: The total iamount to be waived shall hot exceed two hundred sixty seven thousand dollars ($267,000), and is to be divided according to the following schedule and timetable: Silver Lake - Summer, 1981 - construct a temporary fire station on a site provided by DVRC to house one Class "A" pumper only (completed) (complet-ed) $30,000. Summer, 1982 - Construct a permanent 1,000 square foot fire station on a site provided by DVRC to house one Class "A" pumper and one fast attack trailer, plus a 15' x 18' training room $84,000 - Two (2) each Class "A" 1,000 GPM pumper trucks, equipped with pamphlet 1901 specified equipment (1981-82), (one with 4-wheel drive for Silver Lake Station -purchased) $118,000 One (1) each fast attack pickup truck, equipped as necessary (1982-83) $25,000 One (1) each fast attack trailer, equipped with wheels and skis (1982-83) $10,000 Total $267,000. Section 3: Any additional equipment or construction costs deemed necessary by the Fire District Commission shall be paid for by the Fire District and not offset against impact fees paid by Deer Valley Resort Co. Section 4: Any additional aesthetic building treatment required by Deer Valley Resort Co. shall be paid for byDeer Valley Resort Co.
