Appointment of Delegates. The respective governors of the. states of Utah, Wyoming, Idaho. Washington, Oregon, Montana, Nevada. Neva-da. Colorado. Arizona and New Mexico Mex-ico are entitled to appoint twenty delegates; Commissioners of each county In said states, five; mayors of Incorporated citleB or villages, five; each automobile, club, Ave; each Rood roads district or association, five; and each Chamber of Commerce or Commercial Com-mercial club, five. January '26. 27. 2S, 1910. it was resolved to form an Intermountaln Good Roads Asso-elation, Asso-elation, fixing the izco of meeting at Ogden. Utah, for 1310. and Poca-tello. Poca-tello. Idaho, for 1911. The place of meeting for the year 1912 to bo fixed at the meeting held at Ogden. It was also resolved to invite all states aud territories between the Pacific Pa-cific Coast and the eastern lino of the Rocky mountains to participate In and unite with the association. Practical Demonstrations. In conformity with these resolutions, resolu-tions, the first annual meeting of the Intermountaln Good Roads Association Associa-tion will be held at Ogden,. It being the opinion of the officers of the association asso-ciation that at a time when the resources re-sources and industries of this section of the country are being exhibited, enthusiasm en-thusiasm for the good roads move, ment can be aroused to the .highest pitch, for all mut agree that these resources and industries cannot be developed to the fullest extent without with-out better public highways.
