Show GRADUATING EXERCISES AT CHURCH FORTY-TWO STUDENTS RECEIVE THEIR DIPLOMAS. Eighteenth Annual Commencement of the Smithsonian Business College. -!-)' Eighteenth annual commencement exerci8e3 of the Smithsonian Business college of this city wero held last night at the Methodist church on Twenty-fourth street. The place of worship was crowded to Its utmost capacity ca-pacity by friends of those graduating and the decorations, which were of a patriotic nature, were very prettily arranged. . Tho program consisted of several vocal and Instrumental selections, with characteristic sketches by O. U. Guess. Tho class introduction was. delivered de-livered by President J. A. Smith of the college. President Smith presented the diplomas di-plomas to the forty-two graduates and his witty comment on the students' careers in the school, especially when ho referred to some of them by the nicknames which had been given them by their fellow classmates, amused the audience greatly.
