The first session of the postmasters' convention conven-tion which was held this morning lu the federal building, was marked by an attendance of nearly forty members. mem-bers. President Odell replied with a tribute to tho postmaster general and a talk on tho aims of the convention in making better postmasters and securing se-curing better Bervlce, after which the reports of the officers were heard, which showed the association to be In a flourishing condition.
