In cross examination, the witness said he was told that unless ho joined the night riders he and his wife and baby would be killed and his property prop-erty burned. He said he went with Fred Pinion, sentenced to hang, to the rendezvous, ant took the oath. At Walnut Log, becoming convinced convinc-ed that Col.
