JUDGMENT OF $4,964,000 j IN FAVOR OF RECEIVERS New York, Jan. 25. A judgment for $4.9C4,000 against the Metropolitan Securities company and in favor of Adrien H. Joline and Douglas Robinson, Robin-son, as receivers for the New York City Railroad company, was awarded today by Judge Ward, of tho United States circuit court. The suit was brought by the receivers to recover funds, of the New York City Railroad company alleged to have been diverted by the Metropolitan Securities company. com-pany. It was charged that notes of the New York City Railway company were sold at 70 per cent of their par value, and later redeemed at full value.
